• Ensure accuracy in Maintaining Financial records in AL AQAREE SOFTWARE
• Maintain the balance cash ledger of cashier's
• Monitor Tenants accounts and General ledger
• Daily audit of tenancy contracts and sends daily audit reports.
• Audit/Check daily Cash and Cheques payments received from Tenants
• Clearing Tenants account before refunds Security Deposit
• Weekly Banks reconciliation
• Reconcile and processed cashier's cash ledger
• Monitor every Bank Transactions, analyze and track unknown discrepancies if there’s any
• Prepares Invoices for payments
• Prepares payments vouches
• Reimburse expense from Maintenance Dept. provided with proper documentation
• Maintain Suppliers accounts balance
• Monitors the cheques issued in every supplier
• Prepares Monthly Electricity Payments for every Buildings
• Maintain and extreme organize all documents (Soft and Hard copies)
• Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and records entries.
• Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Maintains Petty cash, Credit cards and reimbursement files updated
• Maintains historical records by microfilming and filing documents.
• Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential
• Disburses petty cash by recording entry and verifying documents.
• Daily entry in Quick Books
• Audit and process credit card bills and monthly reconciliation
• Monthly Utility payments ( DEWA ,DU ,Salik )
• Assist in month end closing
• Respond to all vendors inquiries
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
• Updating client’s database record
• Processing lenders application for approval
• Prepares daily Reports and Cash turn- over
• Reconciling collectors collection, Balancing and sending reports at end of the day
• Preparing daily cash flows, Balance sheet and transaction summary at the end of the moth
• Updating borrowers remaining balance and give Balance notice and business advice
• Conduct weekly meeting with the collectors to motivate the team
• Supervise collectors in their respective daily activities, act as a good leader to our team
