1) Currently working as a Retail Sales Associate for Rivoli Group – Hour Choice. (28th March 2016 to till Date) RESPONSIBILITIES:-  Selling Luxury Watch Brands ( Rado, Tissot, Calvin Klein, Swatch etc)  Anticipates, Assess and identify customer requirements in a friendly and approachable style, and follows correct procedures quickly and efficiently.  Educate Customers on available product options and recommend appropriate product to meet customer satisfaction.  Signs Customers up for marketing lists and inform of upcoming promotions.  Investigate and Resolve customer complaints or issue through phone or direct to strengthen store reputation and grow customer retention.  Maintain and organize store displays to enhance product visibility. (27TH Aug 2012 to 02nd March 2016) RESPONSIBILITIES:-  Actioning advance underwriter task for Barclays Bank (Mortgage Process).  Assess and sanction mortgage loan from initial stage to the final stage.  Making Lending Decisions up to £600,000GBP.  Review Credit file, Pay slips, Bank statements, Yearly Account summary to verify financial stability of the Customer.  Calculates Applicant monthly income, yearly turn over(Self Employed Application) and financial commitments to protect Banks Interest.  Co-ordinating with Solicitors, Intermediaries, Advisors and Clients in UK through E- mails and Phone Calls for smooth functioning of Mortgage and assisting them with relevant requirements and chasing required documents. 3) Worked as a Customer service asst/ground staff at Livewel Aviation Service representing Singapore Airline for 15 months.(12th Jan 2011 to 02nd May 2012) RESPONSIBILITIES:-  Departure/Arrival/: Check-in(SITA), Passenger management, Crew handling, Flight editing, Service controller, Documentation, Boarding gate in charge, Announcement, Pre and post flight paper work and telex.  RAMP: Baggage Loading and offloading, Co-ordinate with all operators to ensure Aircraft safety, supervising baggage make up (BRS) and break up area.
