We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to work on a part time basis for a busy building company in Queenstown. The work will involve assisting with all office duties and working within a team who are delivering residential building works. This is initiallya part time position with around 1-3 days a week, however for the right person this could become a permanent position.

The company you will be working for is local to Queenstown and have been tasked with building a luxury housing development within Queenstown. They pride themselves on delivering work to an extremely high standard, and always honouring their clients vision.

Within this role of Office Administrator your duties will include:

Assisting the Office Manager with company HR documents and policies such an employee contracts and H&S policies.
Creating and issuing invoices for all suppliers
Management of company accounts
Assisting with the management of the staff accommodation
General office duties such as scanning, copying and making phonecalls
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Previous office administration experience
Experience with accounts and invoices however this is notessential
Be competent with Microsoft word and exel
Be flexible with your working hours
