Auckland City, Auckland Temporary This temporary role is based in Glen Innes with a family owned business. It is Monday - Friday 8-5pm covering for the next 6-8 weeks. It is paying $19ph + 8% holiday pay and starts as soon as you are ready (ideally next week)!

This role is responsible for the following:

General Administration
Graphic Design is a bonus (marketing responsibilities)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Answering phones
Responding to emails
Preparing Invoices (some accounts administration experience is anadvantage)
Any other requirements the business may have
You!

To be successful with this role you must have the following:

Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate to advanced MS Office
Exposure/Experience with accounts packages to assist with generalinvoicing
Experience with Photoshop and Indesign
The ability to commit for the next 6-8 weeks
The willingness to muck in and help wherever needed
A friendly and positive attitude
