Pure Commerce is searching for committed, driven & motivated individuals to provide training to new merchant customers and ongoing monitoring to ensure success of the program.

Ensure the success of new implementation at retail merchants throughout Hawaii and LA (respectively) by running startup training sessions and ongoing monitoring of results once live.
Implementing methods to improve and improve performance by utilising reporting tools and communicating performance with management as appropriate.
Developing training & course materials such as handouts, user manuals, and training exercises and ensure that trainees understand the requirements for training and the desired learning outcomes.
Provide feedback on implementation & training issues by making suggestions for continuous improvement to Team Leaders, and Team Managers.

Degree qualified in Business, Communication, Marketing, Science or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be well groomed and portray a high level of professionalism
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of an organisation.
High accountability and initiative with a dedicated approach to deliverables.
Good judgement and the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with great attention to details.
